My Daughter's Great

My daughter is just wonderful and since she’s been adjusting so well to college my husband and I have been thinking about going to a realtor to see about getting a house on campus we can rent out to her and some of her friends. We’d get it all spruced up of course with aHttp://www.ALLhomesecurity.com security alarm and stuff so we wouldn’t have to worry about her but I think she’d really like to know that we are thinking of her and making her future easier. And the good thing about it would be that we could rent out the house after she graduated and continue to get rental income from it which is a definite plus in this market. I like the idea more than my husband does mostly because he’s worried she’ll turn it into a party house but I know she’s responsible and would make sure nothing happened to a property that we put out our necks for. That’s just the kind of girl we raised her to be, you know?
