Coming here to go to school was a big risk for me but I’m hoping it pays off in the long run. I love my classmates and I feel like I’ve been learning a lot so I think all in all it was a good choice for me, you know? Investing in your education is the best way you can make sure you’ve got the kind of future you work hard for – who wants to go to school for years and then not have a job? That’s why I think it’s important to have a job that you create yourself…being a small business owner is the only sure way out of unemployment as I see it. I wish I had a clearer picture of what kind of business I was going to be running in a few years but it’s easier said than done. There’s definitely something to be said for having a path but I like not knowing where I’m going…my options are open and I don’t have to worry about whether or not I’ve got it right!
